How do you guys just cancel someone’s appointment with no alternative options or explanation. You’re literally a mental health professional. I was scheduled to see Wanda for reoccurring panic attacks and start my mental health journey. Called of work just to make my appointment and you email me it’s been canceled. With no other options I’ve been waiting a week for this. That’s ridiculous that you couldn’t say hey we changed you to another person or time. Pretty upsetting and I’ll be calling and finding another doctor in the morning and not be bringing my business here due to this
