I met Barbara in January of 2020. Prior to meeting her I had my house in Pacific Palisades on the market for a year. It was a difficult period as home prices were soft and multiple fires ravaged the westside of Los Angeles.
I needed to do something drastic in order to get moving and in speaking with Barbara she felt she could get our house into escrow rather quickly using a different approach.
I liked both the way she represented herself as well as the way she represented our home. In her initial open house she attracted more traffic than we had through a good portion of the year. It didnt take her long before she did as promised and she managed to do this in the midst of Covid 19.
She represented both my wife and me as if
she was selling her own home. She worked the negotiations very hard and even sat both parties down and not leave until we had a accomplished a fair deal. Something I found most agents for whatever reason are afraid to do.
I highly reccomend using her as she is smart, charismatic, has a good following, and is tireless.
