Pete was diligent about keeping us informed everyday concerning progress and he ordered all the materials using “ just in time “ delivery options
We have a larger more useful home with an office for each of us and we have found a lifelong friend in Pete to help us with any fix it issues around the house no matter how small and time consuming

I wanted to do a major remodel instead of selling and buying a larger home because of all the taxes we would save staying where we are. But, we were gun shy because we had heard so many horror stories involving dishonest contractors. After talking with Pete he gave us a foolproof working arrangement that put our minds at ease.

Peter is a very good contractor to deal with. I hired him for some dry-rot work and experienced a number of complications that held up the project on my end. Peter was patient and understanding, and the work was thorough.
