It was hard to find an employee but when I did, he was extremely helpful. I hate to make people drop what they are doing, but he did. He found the exact books I was looking for and we had a great discussion about the series. I absolutely loved this location. Great job!!!!

Customer service are there are there when there when you ask for it. However you have to ask for it though they are kind when you ask. And the food is amazing. The only downside is once you walk out you feel a draft from the Bay Area even in the summer time but otherwise this place is great two floors and great customer service. First five stars for me and it's worth it.

The staff, including potentially even the manager, ask people to leave prior to closing time for “closing preparation”(?). I enjoy coming here, but was rather disappointed by this experience.
