Not only do I love this store but I’ve also had great experience with the workers here. I specifically want to shout out a girl who works at the Barnes and Noble cafe, she is an absolute gem and I wish I got her name, but girl if you ever see this review you are amazing! She went above and beyond, she even went through the trouble of spelling my name correctly and did cute little stars on my cup 💚 I’m so pleased with the service and wish I had tipped higher.

Always a great stop to browse new releases or pick up a classic I’ve been meaning to read. Though I too mostly listen these days, I am so happy that paper books are not dead :)

It was nice. They had the books I was looking for. Starbucks was offering people to try their cookies. But the help desk never had people available there and most of the time the staff that are there act like they don't see or hear you. I would say if you are looking for a Pacific book then look online and then go into the store, because the staff won't help you find it.
