Was greeted when I entered the store needed to find a certain item. Went straight to the information desk gal. There was very helpful, very resourceful. Took me exactly to where I needed to go. Cashier was very warm and friendly. Got me signed up for my farms and nobles card. It was great, very wonderful customer service

I love going into this Barnes and Nobles! The staff is so nice, they KNOW their books and give great recommendations that you wouldn't think of, AND they are so clean and organized. This is my regular hideaway. ❤️
