Two stories with something for everyone. First floor has the coffee shop, while it serves from a Starbucks coffee, the Starbucks rewards is void here. First floor also has: Nook, Newsstand, discount books, and more.
The second floor is more for children & youth with toys & games organized by age group. Further across the escalator is the smaller children's books. As typical of B&N, there are a couple smaller tables & more open area. Restrooms are also located upstairs. Harry Potter has an entire section dedicated to it. And Manga has one of the widest selections I've seen mid 2nd floor. There is also an LGBT & very limited Spanish section along with other language books.
Overall, like the tables &/or chairs scattered around. Staff are helpful. However, on a busy day, it can easily feel crowded.
