New crew, do not trust them with any garment! Ruined a very expensive fine dress after I asked them not to clean it if they have any doubt. They sure me, all be fine and end up with a big hole in the dress. The worth thing about them, they lied and says the hole was there, would not take our clothes there anymore.

This place don’t clean ! Brought item , show specifically the stain from chocolate which is less than a day ago. They marked it . When I came to pick it up , stain still was there , but you can see that they washed the item . So it’s become more permanent. They gave me item with no comments that we did not clean it! Basically when you will see it at home or next time you will try to ware the item , there is a surprise for you of dirty cloth . So unprofessional!

I have been going there for 10 years. The service is great and they take good care of my cashmeres and pants. The tailor is good and always hem and repairs my clothing promptly and kindly. Great work!
