What a mess, we went in this afternoon and the guy behind the counter was "just too busy" on the phone working on a local concert he is hosting. He just couldn't be bothered to greet us, and stayed on the phone, arguing with someone for over 10 minutes - at one point I let my phone sit on the counter with a timer flashing, and he just stood there fighting with someone on the phone. So disappointing, we will NEVER be back and I would encourage everyone to STAY AWAY until this guy learns customer service skills.
