I love the gym and everything about it, but the parking situation at this Barry's location is almost a joke. Despite them validating the parking ticket, you still need to shell out $3 or $4 every time you go, which feels outrageous, especially considering how expensive Barry's memberships already are.
Also, finding available spaces on the street is a real challenge. It's nearly impossible to park anywhere else but in their parking lot.
I have given this studio over a year of chances and today was my last day there. The customer service and staff are the worst I have seen at any Barry's studio. I have been to 7 different Barry's studios since 2017 and never had these same issues.
The air conditioning is constantly broken and they did not send an email notice about it ahead of time. I do not want to work out in an 80 degree box unannounced. When I asked why no notice was sent out they told me the air broke 15 minutes ago (lie) and that they cannot control the temperature in the studio (lie). So you couldn't tell people as they walked into the studio that the air was broken or apologize? I highly recommend not visiting this studio even if it is walking distance from where you live as it is for me. Taking my business elsewhere. I don't want to spend my free time with rude and unprofessional staff members for a business I am paying to be at.
