I was put on hold in the pharmacy for over an hour, and then they just hung up.
For most of the year, I would wait almost a month for a prescription until I get a call saying that my prescription has been ready and waiting and will be cancelled if I don't pick it up, but I was never notified that my prescription was even ready. I found out my text and call notifications had been turned off, so I turned them back on. I still continue to get that problem even when I turned it back on.
I had a prescription get sent out from my doctor almost two weeks ago, and hadn't heard anything l so I called. They didn't know why it wasn't ready and said it would be ready in the morning. I stopped in at almost noon and it wasn't ready yet, but they would "expedite" it. I came back later and was told it still wasn't ready. I had to leave for work soon and wouldn't be able to take my medication that day, so I asked if I could speak to the pharmacist to see if it's safe if I could skip a day. I tell the pharmacist that, and she says "oh, well your prescription is ready and has been sitting here".
You guys are extremely unorganized. I understand that you're having staffing issues, but the organization there is abysmal.
