Always a terrible time picking up prescriptions at this bartells. They seem to respond to all of these 1 star reviews as if they care, and I’ve given them over 10 tries over the last year.
The line never looks very long, but it takes a laughably long amount of time for the (always) single cashier to help each person. Usually 5-10minutes, but sometimes more. I know there are weird situations to deal with. I know some of them really try to work quickly. But literally every single pickup, even on different times & days, is just horrendous. Do not use this pharmacy. When you get to the front, 50/50 chance on if they’ll even have your prescription. Says it’s ready for pickup online? Maybe it is, maybe it isn’t. They may even tell you it’s not there only to realize it is. Or vice versa!
It is literally faster to bus to a different bartells, pickup, and bus back. I am not wasting any more time on these HOUR LONG refill pickups. Shame on me for giving them any more chances. Truly unacceptable.
Several weeks ago I had some problems getting my prescription ordered correctly at the Queen Anne Bartells, the result of my provider incorrectly sending the prescription to the wrong pharmacy. After three trips to Bartells that day, the pharmacy technician recognized me, brought me to the front of the line and completed the transaction quickly and efficiently. I greatly appreciated what he did, even though Bartells had done nothing wrong.
