Second time today in drive through. 10+ minutes at window before acknowledged. First time not ready. second time ignored and not acknowleged even though 3 different employees looked over and saw me at window. A simple "we will be right with you" would have been so much better.
Update june 28. Things have only gotten worse. Drive thru always closed, long lines, and worst customer service ever!! Ignored at inside by 3 employees for 10+ minutes at pickup

North Bend Bartells pharmacy is the worst. My scripts are never done when they say they will be, they ignore you at the drive through and they close early a lot!!! I get off work late and cannot rely on them to still be open at 9pm like they are supposed to be. Hence I have to wait sometimes for days to get my meds. It is so frustrating!

Excellent store with courteous staff and great variety of medicines, cosmetics, snacks, and other corner store needs. This is my favorite place to drop in and stock up when I visit my Grandparents in North Bend. Their selection of beauty and naturally derived products is quite impressive and routinely well stocked, from my experience. I admire their consistency and I can always find what I need in a single stop. I'm by no means a full time resident of North Bend, but I've dropped in a couple times a year since the store was built in the early 2010s and never had any issue. It's a well maintained and easily accessible drugstore and I'm always happy to give this Bartell's my business. Kudos to management for providing such a great hometown pharmacy and service.
