I needed to remove large tree which was located on my property but between my house and neighbor house. For the last year tree grow rapidly, and branches took over almost all space between houses.
Because of this tree position I was looking for knowledgeable company to remove that tree and Bartlett Tree Experts was right place to call to do this job.
From the first call and having genuinely nice conversation with Los Gatos office representative to the end of the project I feel very well taken care of:
- Appointment for estimation was scheduled with Arborist Frank Bombardier at the time and day for my convenience.
- Frank arrived in time and due to Covid-19 situation we communicated through the windows using cell phone .
Even I had 2 comparable estimates I choose Bartlett Tree because Frank send to me estimate in timely manner, was punctual, always follow up to my e-mails with questions right away and in very courteous way.
- Staff arrived at 7:30 am precisely as promised!!
- Bartlett Tree Experts using sophisticated technology equipment, which helps to do the job fast.
- But most important that staff is experienced and work in safe, accurate and well-mannered way.
I felt comfortable while all crew was working around the house: removing tree in the front and trimming other trees in backyard. Left property free of debris.

Arborist George helped us inspected the trees on our property and provided so many great suggestions on tree care and insect treatment. He identified the root cause for issues with my trees and taught me how to solve them. I have very limited knowledge about tree care. I’m glad I found Bartlett Tree Experts. George is so kind and willing to share his knowledge !
