Great selection and layout for appliance shopping. Highly recommend working with Owen Turley if you can - he knows all the pros and cons and is super helpful in finding a great fit for budget and needs! Great communication and follow-up.

Service was prompt and willing to work with us on shipping/delivery times. The in house install service was exceptional and friendly. I loved the amount of brands and options available in their showroom.

Bought a high end 3k hood 3 months ago. We still don't have it or any idea of an eta. We have called our sales representative, Vernon more than 5 times, leaving a voicemail and he will not return our calls. I have then tried calling the front desk to check 3 times and each time they have told me they will call back and we never get a response. Today I called and spoke with a female 6/29 at the lake Oswego who was extremely rude and unprofessional. I explained that I totally understand there are supply issues everywhere right now but I am only looking for communication and updates or to decide if we need to cancel our order all together. She was extremely rude, talked over me despite me being understanding that she does not have any control over shipments. I asked for her name and she would not give it to me. I have paid for this hood and at this point don't know if I can expect in in another month or ever due to the lack of communication. As a business owner of 2 companies, I would never allow my employees to speak with customers in this manner. As a business owner I also understand that shipping and stock is so unpredictable right now but communication with the customer is key and that's all we have asked. UPDATE: I spoke with a manager today. I told him our account and he responded with "I can't do anything about how the employees act. I don't even go to the lake Oswego store ever". He then in a rude tone told me that my order would be here in another month. I then asked for a refund due to the lack of communication and how our company has been treated. He argued until he finally agreed to refund me. Said "have a nice day" and hung up. My husband and I are absolutely shocked. We will not be reccomending this company to any of our clients again due to this experience.
