Truly a 5-star experience! The workout itself is short (35 min + 10 min ab/stretch) and great for people with short attention spans as it switches every minute. But what really makes the difference for me is the people - from the staff to the coaches to the members, you really feel welcomed and a part of something! Super friendly and open, definitely give it a try!

I’ve been working out at Basecamp for over 8 years. It still challenges me every single time and I love it 😍 !! Staff is always friendly and the coaches are amazing.

Basecamp San Mateo has been fantastic for us - short and sweet dynamic workouts, as intense as you wish to make them. The coaches have all been great - fun to work with and positive motivators. The Basecamp workouts have really helped us increase our functional strength and cardiovascular endurance - which is perfect for all the hiking and backpacking we like to do. Highly recommend!
