I had 2 things to print on a jacket both front and at the back. One was good. But the most important one ,the one I cared so much was crooked. After my relentless effort to make them see the imperfections, they kept on arguing. Finally realized the aged person was not good in designing. While he was creating the pdf from the scanned copy, he did a poor job and not willing to accept. Finally I gave up with a heavy heart. Lesson learned: I will not bring anything to them that would need some work.

Employees at this store need to understand they are there for customer service. Worst customer service experience from the employee lady at the front. She need to learn how to deal with customers. In this case doesn't matter how good the owner is employees like her ruins the image of the business. She threw my kids printed tshirt in the garbage bin infront of me. Never seen any customer service representative like this. Looks like this store does not need business from anyone.

Twice now, I’ve used them on two custom projects. The lovely woman whom I’ve dealt with on both occasions, works her magic taking my ideas from though to a final product. I don’t often write reviews but they need to be commended for such great service and product. Thank you
