Please DO NOT give them business. I have had a horrible experience and when I called to complain, Jaci's attitude was very rude. I will just give a couple of anecdotes about their unprofessionalism:
- A catering service that shows up without a catering tray to carry the items. And then accuses us that we did not specify even though we have email trail of us specifically asking for the catering cart since we didn't have one.
- A single person shows up to lay the table and she takes over an hour and wasn't ready when the customers started arriving
- She brought the glass jar for water but 1/4th filled and didn't have any bottled water or extra water to fill it up. When I talked to Jaci, she said 'We drive from San Francisco. You can't expect us to fill it up.' Then how about bringing water to fill it up at the destination?
- We had a customer dinner after the event but the person assigned to come pick up their stuff, came late. Jaci said he was stuck in traffic. What traffic takes over 3 hours to come from Redwood City?
- He AGAIN shows up without the catering tray and takes 45 minutes to wrap up and we got late to the dinner.
Icing on the cake was Jaci's response to my phone call. She was extremely rude and unapologetic. NEVER AGAIN!!! Please STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
