Ordered through Uber eats. I’ve been going to this place for decades. Always happy with the customer service. Very nice staff. One thing I don’t like, their practices. My wife and I ordered a 2 scoop cup of ice cream and a 3 scoop sundae. When I got my 3 scoop sundae, it had the same amount of ice cream as my wife’s 2 scoop cup, that’s with the hot fudged included. She was curious and decided to weigh the two. Hers weighed 8.4 oz. While mine, in a much bigger cup, weighed 10.4oz. I payed extra for this sundae, which didn’t have whipped cream or cherries on it either, so I decided to call. The employee told me they use the kids scoop to dish sundaes. Wish I had known that before ordering. When I asked about the whipped cream, they don’t send it on Uber eats orders. As for my cherries, she just said “I’m sorry”. I still give 4 stars due quality of the ice cream itself and the typical level of customer service. However, I’m disappointed in what seems to be price gouging.
