So I will not be going back to this location anytime soon! Let's stay with their customer service, it's not there! 2 people working, 1 customer being helped when myself, Husbsnd and son went in to get cones. We were not greeted by either employee and waited 5 min. to be helped. the girl said nothing just stood there looking at me like I'm supposed to read her mind or something?! I asked her if she was ready, it was super weird and extremely awkward! neither employee ever said a word other then the total, or was a very strange experience. Send thing, I'm pretty sure not all the I've cream was as cold as it should be, quite a few looked very soft and melted. Because of this we're sticking with Cold Stone, I wouldn't recommend this specific location, it was like the twilight zone!!
