Pathetic. My family has been consistently buying the same cake from B ND R for over 10 years. This year they have messed up every single cake we have bought. And they went up in price. The management excuse is that they don't train their cake makers. They obviously don't check the quality once it is finished either. We will no longer be using this B ND R and I suggest you go to another location for better customer service!

This tiny little spot is great. Great ice cream. Great service, and the workers have great customer service. So patient and kind, that makes you want to keep going back. It's a great stop for desert any day of the week.

What ever happened to customer service, or acknowledging someone when they walk in?? The employee just stood there continuing to wash utensils before finally asking what I wanted. The place was dirty with every table filthy along with the chairs. Thank God the name Baskin Robbins still means something, but won't be coming back to this one...
