John's team came out to replace my AC and furnace with new units. These should last be way more efficient than the old ones that were installed by a previous own 15 years ago. Great work by the guys that were here to install everything.

Basset is a family business and the owner showed up for the quote instead of the salesmen other outfits use. I got a very quick quote on a minimalist, a middle tier and a top of the line system. They ended up being a couple of hundred dollars higher that others, but use American Standard and Trane equipment that was well rated by Consumers Reports. The installation crew was right on time and absolute experts. They handled the usual glitches of a retrofit into an old house without any drama or extra charges. Their work looks great and the left the house clean. So, competive prices, good equipment, pleasant to work with, expert crew, right on time......include these guys in your quote requests.
