Customer service was amazing,I wish I remembered the lady's name who helped but she was so helpful and kind. The down fall was how loud the music was,two others were complaining as well and they didn't lower it at all. The lady at check out wasn't very helpful or friendly. Other wise I was happy with the stock,the vibe and the overall experience.

The rep didn't know Anything about a scent they just sold 2 months prior in their spring sale. I described it and Nada. But she kept bugging me with options that weren't even close to what I told her- rather than just letting me wander and find something in my own. Store is nice and clean- it just rubbed me the wrong way. But I'm giving 5 stars because it was my attitude that made my experience that way. Not them At All.

Today's visit was to take advantage of the buy 2 candles get 2 free promotion & to use my awesome coupons. Each time I come to the store , pretty much the staff knows their regular shoppers , the staff here are always extremely friendly and pleasant towards me! I enjoy shopping here, I love the way the store smells with all of the amazing scents!
