My wife and mother in law went in today and had no one approach them when needing help waited and waited still no one would help them, what is wrong with your customer service if you don't like your jobs find another. After waiting in line for a long while to check out my wife had brought a lot of buy so many get so many for free and your cashier refused to give her the deals that were posted out on the sales floor and the floor associate told my wife what she was getting was a deal, someone wasn't educated on your sales so she said never mind and left a good amount of product on the counter and said forget it. You just lost revenue and our business.

It's fine for what it is. Product is constantly changing, which is good. However, it feels cramped compared to the old location which is difficult to maneuver around if you're claustrophobic. If you're sensitive to fragrances, do not enter.

Everything smelly and good. Candles, air fresheners, soaps. That kind of thing. Country decor and lots of samples. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The seasonal scents here are one of the best things--pumpkin everything!! There's even a handful of guy appropriate body sprays, and they aren't bad, so it makes it a lot less weird to be a guy walking through there.
