I had time to kill after an appointment. Went wondering around the Towne center. Stopped into one of my favorite stores which Bath and Body Works. I was greeted nicely. I looked around and realized I already have so much of the soaps, body sprays, ECT. But I always need a car freshener. So I found the cutest one that I instantly loved. Bright it to the register asking with my scents I picked out. The girl at the register didn't seem an that friendly. Then she got on her little walkie talkie and asked for a manager assistance. The manager came up and I heard them discussing how the freshener I chose wasn't ringing up at the correct price. The manager kept trying to override the price but was unsuccessful. I noticed it was actually ringing up for a lot less than normal. After about a minute the manager said that she could not sell it to me and that I should choose a different one I then explained to her I didn't like any of the other ones and I really wanted that specific one. So then she got really snotty and was like fine I guess we'll just have to sell it to you at this price and seemed really mad about it and then she said "I'm going to go pull the rest of them off the shelf!" It wasn't that pleasant of an experience but I did get a super cute car freshener for cheap so in the end I win! But they lose for customer service!

The staff is always polite that's what is best about bath & body works stores. Absolutely love the hand soaps & hand sanitizers. The room fragrances are also wonderful.
Other items also make wonderful gifts as well.
This particular store needs receipt for returns - at least from me they wanted one.

The staff was very helpful. Offered me a bag when I walked in, thankful for that. The cashier was the sweetest thing. I had to sell some of my bitcoin real quick and that took a minute. She was calm and that kept me calm. Very appreciated! Happy holidays.
