This location is the only one I will visit. Shera (the manager) is awesome and her team is amazing! Everyone in the store is always so nice and welcoming. Perfect example of great management. Even with all the covid shopping restrictions my experience is still pleasant!

Love to shop in Bath and Body Works, the aroma makes you want to linger, its a relaxing atmosphere. Wish I could afford a daily visit. Love the testers!!!!

I was there today and this location was a cluster. Sure, it was their opening day; but the wait time, and poor management made this a bad experience. I waited 50 minutes to get in the door. The asst manager they had enforcing the line outside, extending down to the pizza joint five storefronts down, kept telling us they could only let in twelve people at a time and that they could only have two registers open so that everyone could stay 6 feet apart. That sounded like reasonable precautions...until I got in the store and counted 18 employees. Five of them were behind the registers, definitely within 6 feet of each other. The other 12 were roaming the store while one was crowd controlling at the door. While I was in line, I over heard the asst manager send two on break and one on lunch. So, they had at least 21 in the store at some point, but only 12 customers. I got in and out quickly so the poor people behind me didn't have to wait needlessly; but the management sure didn't seem to be thinking of the customers the same way. Seriously? 21 employees for a 1000 square foot store and 12 customers at any given time? I think I'll just stick with the store at the mall for my gift purchases for my wife; a 50 minute wait for two candles is ridiculous.
