Was sent a battery that did not fit my product despite the website description. Filled out an RMA form on their website and did not hear back. Called to ask for an update and they claim they didn't receive an RMA form and asked me to email it. I tried filling out the form on their website again to print it but had no print option, no option to save it. Filled it out and screenshot it, then emailed it to the support email address. Called back the next day and they still claimed they hadn't received it. At this point I'm giving the whole thing up as a bad job. I will never order from them again and I highly suggest anyone reading this review avoid them like the plague if you expect anything resembling customer support.

Purchased a battery and a few months later it went bad. I know this happens from time to time so I went through the warranty process but evidently they don't take your calls or emails once you've started the warranty claim. Thanks for nothing Ron Evans. I won't be doing business with this company again and advise others to beware.

I have been using BatterSpec for 15+ years to buy replacement batteries for my many UPS's and alarms. Because I live locally, I buy directly from the office and have always received friendly, efficient service. And best of all, their prices are always reasonable.
