Changed credit card on auto pay, accidentally didn't update account. Owed $200.00. No call just shut off the water????

Just the worst overall. The staff are rude and don't seem to like the people or community even though there job is to serve the people of the community. They make everything 10x more difficult than it needs to be. Even trying to pay them is consistently a headache and a terrible experience. It doesn't seem to matter what you do, they are always rude like you are inconveniencing them by trying to pay your bill. Then after what is always a excruciatingly drawn out and irritating process they still turn off your water without warning. By far the worst service I have ever had anywhere in my life. A shinning example of your local government and tax dollars hard at work.

No stars really this is the worst water company ive ever encountered they dont have a program for assistants they just say we dont do any special treatment. Asked for 2 days extended so that I can get my pay check before they shut my water off but they said their are plenty of churches you can talk to. On top of that they want people to pay for an insurance to fix the plumbing at the meater and on the street we already pay taxs for all that work to be done but now that doesn't matter and we must get an insurance or suffer paying for the city to fix city water lines.
