UPDATE as of 2/28/23: he never returned my original vintage bicycle parts and never tuned up my bicycle when he had it. His promises and business description are false and misleading. BE CAUTIOUS OF THIS INDIVIDUAL!! Update as if 2/15/23: STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! Henry (bike tech/part-owner) promises he will fix your bike and return your parts and never does!!! My bike was better tuned than BEFORE I brought it in. Shame on you Henry!!!!Little or no communication! No one is available at site, or responses to text messages (stated in Lesley's voicemail "for faster service") or phone call. I believe that this was what was stated by another reviewer of which I overlooked to give them a chance since it was only one person! He was absolutely spot on!!! To date, 6 days later, still no response and they still have my bike!!!
The man is nice but the work…sign. The tire deflated again before we even finished transporting it the 10 minutes home.
