Nice doctor but terrible communication by the office and staff. You are given one set of expectations and the actual experience is quite different. I wasted a lot of time and money for them not to be able to accommodate my needs as specified during my appointment. Response to questions and "authorization" is lacking as well as follow-up. The process continues to be complicated further every time I am in contact with the office. Upon trying to specify exactly what I was told in my appointment in regards to my concerns and challenges so the office can understand my frustrations between having been given one set of expectations and having a completely different experience, they randomly put me on hold mid sentence. Clearly they don't about patient experience or needs if it isn't at their convenience. Their solution was to refer me to another office that never responded (which is why I ended up here) to essentially pawn me off and start the process, and spend the money, all over again.
