I couldn't have asked for more from a realtor. Ann helped me purchase my first home. I felt that she was on my side and was not just there to close a transaction. She listened, understood the kind of home I was looking for, gave me advice at important moments, and respected my decisions. She made herself available and was quick to act. I ended up getting exactly what I wanted. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home.

I was a first-time loft buyer and had the good fortune to meet with Ann McCarty, who was just sublime. She was low-key yet thorough, kept everything well-in-hand, and invited a personal candor and professional work flow that made it all work. My dread was the 'pushy' realtor, and Ann could not have been further from that. I felt like we were on a shared quest. An eye for fantastic modern but soulful aesthetics and a great sense of humor completed the package. Her network of designers and financial planners, equally friendly and professional, were so appreciated. Highly recommend.

We loved working with Ken Fox at East Bay Modern Real Estate. We can definitely say that without Ken's help we never would have been able to find our dream home. Not only is he well networked and incredibly knowledgable, he is passionate about what he does and is just a joy to work with. We always felt like Ken had our best interests in mind. Most important he never minded my early morning, late night, or weekend calls, texts, and emails! I would strongly recommend working with Ken to anyone.
