Tyson and April were professional and clear with their mold service. Tyson was on time and he was extremely skilled at finding mold which you could not see. He found the toxic mold in the building which was located on a hillside which was not easy to locate. He found the mold inside the walls and underneath the sub-floor. He was instrumental to helping us alert the landlord of the serious and costly mold issue. In the end the landlord offered to reimburse us for the Bay Area Mold Pro fee. If it weren't for the Bay Area Mold Pros, the landlord would never have known about the issue. He guided us every step of the way on how to deal with the situation before the appointment and afterward. Bay Area Mold Pros are truly pros and we highly recommend them!

Rick was very professional and knowledgeable. He completed our inspection and report at a very reasonable time. His knowledge both on mold and general contracting helped us a lot, and he took his time to explain all the issues and answered all our questions. We highly recommend him.

Rick and Tyson were very professional, responsive, and accommodating of my schedule. There was visible mold on our furniture in an apartment we rent. We wanted a 3rd party to inspect the external wall and our furniture and help us understand the extent and type of the mold. We found Bay Area Mold Pros through yelp and I reviewed their website. The description of the "Mold Services" scope on their website was very clear and aligned with what they actually completed. When I called the number on their website, it auto-routed me directly to the owner, Rick. He was ready to provide an inspection that afternoon, but I requested an inspection the following day so I can coordinate with the property manager of the apartment I was renting; Rick was very accommodating of my schedule. He was very responsive of all my questions before the inspection occurred. Tyson arrived at the scheduled time and completed the inspection in a reasonable time and answered any questions. The lab analysis and report took 2 business days to complete and Tyson shared the results promptly. Both Rick and Tyson answered questions pertaining to the report. I would use them or recommend them in the future.
