I met Donna when my family and I were looking for a house to rent in Brentwood. She was so attentive and helpful to me and my family that it really surprised me. Even with some limitations we had regarding our credit at the time, Donna never put up any barriers, she did her best so that we could find a place that was the best fit for us. When our time came to buy our first house, we had no doubts: “We want Donna to help us with this mission!” And she successfully completed it! She had all the patience with me in my choices and priorities. I didn't feel her forcing me to anything, the opposite of that, she always made it clear that we should choose the house that really works for us! She was always honest, attentive to details, I felt cared for by her because she even worried about whether the place would be safe enough for me and my kids! Any doubts I had she explained to me very clearly, she is very experienced in what she does! In this process of finding our home we also met her son, agent Ryan. He was so attentive to us, and just like Donna he is an excellent agent! When we finally found our home, the whole process until moving day, Donna followed closely. Everything went well and we were very happy to have received so much support from her from start to finish. The only bad part of it all is that I miss going “house shopping” with Donna! lol After getting to know her it’s very hard having her just as my house agent, I consider her my friend. She is amazing! This is the 11th home that we have purchased and Donna was the best agent we have worked with by far. She helped us locate the perfect property and was able to negotiate a price that we felt comfortable with. Donna’s attention to detail and excellent communication made the whole process much less stressful. When we ran into issues with the buyers of our home in Nevada, Donna provided excellent advice to help resolve the situation. Donna also had great recommendations regarding lenders, inspectors and other services necessary during a real estate transaction. During the entire process, Donna mitigated the stress and was calm and professional every step of the way. We truly felt that she had our best interests in mind. Since the sale has closed, Donna has checked in several times and was even kind enough to drop off a pizza dinner on our first night in our new home. We can’t recommend Donna more highly. Whether you are moving from out of state like we did or are moving locally, Donna is a superior agent and you will not go wrong working with her.
