I was happy to find this tax service and was highly recommended by fellow coworkers.
When tax laws were changed by Trump for 2018 tax filings she was asked how the changes would affect my filing, I was told it would not as she had gone to training and the changes were for other professions. Fast forward we get an audit because Ana obviously did not go to the training and the IRS cited she used the wrong deduction form and the write offs which were once allowed were no longer.
So she advertises she provides audit representation. SPOILER ALERT SHE DOES NOT she has you do all the leg work and says if you do this, it should be settled. NOPE i had to pay pay penalties and interest. I PAID A TAX PREPARER (ANA) TO DO THAT AND DO IT RIGHT AND THIS WAS NOT DONE CORRECTLY AND HER INTEGRITY IS QUESTIONABLE NOW.
If you get audited, like hundreds of people that went to her FOR THEIR 2018 tax filing, SHE WILL LEAVE YOU OUT IN THE COLD. You are paying for a lie. THINK TWICE ABOUT THIS PLACE THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU LIKE THEY SAY.
I did not want to post this, but since no responsibility is being taken by Ana I feel I must warn my fellow tax filers. USE THIS PLACE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
