This was my second time at bay cities , both times my 2016 tundra was side swiped, and both time bay cities had the repairs then in record time the work was fantastic and the staff professional. The first time I lived in San Pedro, this last time in each park era and still drove 27 miles to bay cities because of the trust I have in them

Catalytic Discombobulation. Companies are about people. And, the person who has helped me here the most was Isabelle( spelling). Even though i came to the shop with a problem, with angst due to a theft, she handled my repair efficiently with great courtesy and professionalism. I thank you and look forward to working with you in the future. Hey do you guys work on Mazdas and Toyotas? Hahaha. Thanks Isabelle!

Wonderful service! Isabel, Christina, Brian, and Ruben were absolutely helpful. Isabel helped me to get my insurance claim come through and scheduled us to bring the car in. Brian explained the process in detail to us. After we dropped off the car and did the work, they dealt with insurance on our behalf. Ruben did an excellent repair and communicated with us thoroughly.

Having a car accident can be devastating, especially when you have a new car like mine...I am so thankful that my insurance recommended me to Bay Cities. I am very satisfied with their work and their customer service. I felt cared for during the whole process, and I am so grateful to have my car back the way it was. Thank you!
