Lisa is yucky and super TERRIBLE -- I will share my multiple negative experiences with anyone who might be interested in learning more. If you want ripped cuticles and crappy, fast polishes (do you like "polish canals" -- missing polish on the sides of your nails??), just ask for Lisa. If you want passive-aggressive and even confrontational exchanges, visit this shop. If you prefer to receive actual customer service, go anywhere but here. I am happy to share more information. They will be closed by the end of this year -- trust me.
