Pretty wild to see a professional medical group that has such non-existent communication systems. Here’s the process I followed:
Called - they said to fill out the online intake form; Online intake form complete - no word for weeks; Followed up by email - no response; Followed up a week later with a phone call - took my info and said they’d get back to me; Followed up again two weeks later - same response;
At no point has anyone actually let me know if they have availability or a waitlist or 🤷🏻
It shouldn’t have to take almost two months to get any kind of response at all. As other have noted, if you have any kind of urgent need, you won’t find support here.
Do better.
