The location is good. About a 15 minute ride from Disneyland, maybe only 5 from Knott's Berry Farm and other attractions. But that's as good as it gets. The rooms are old, the toilets need updating. The beds are not soft, the pillows tiny. In my room twice now the toilet has been plugged and needed plunging. The cleaning service moved my items to make the bed and instead of putting it back where it was moved it. One day coming back my personal blanket had been balled up and moved, my pillow moved as well. The next day the blanket was not even on the bed, and my pillow was moved to the other bed. There was a bug found in my room, and the swimming pool is tiny. When a Do Not Disturb sign was put up the room was still cleaned. The rooms are dark and no overhead lights are provided, only lamps. Overall? Not the worst place I've stayed but will not return again.

There are only a few positive things to say about this hotel. There were no bedbugs, the waffle maker worked, the front desk was very friendly, and it was relatively cheap. Pretty much everything else is sub-standard even for the already low price. In a four day stay, our room was not cleaned for two of those days. There are no free outlets in the room, so charging your phone means unplugging a light, tv, or fridge. You really have to work to get the room door closed. The window shades don't close, and all of the furniture is in poor condition showing signs of water damage and general deterioration. You will not be harmed from staying here, but I would avoid it if possible.

Comfy, cozy, nothing fancy but very comfortable and affordable. I would stay again if in the area. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The hair dryer was not working and maintenance came right away and installed a brand new one. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Laundry facility available.
