Just had the greatest experience here at Bayside. Matthew is super personable and genuine and made me feel really comfortable with the process. They really advocated for the best financing options for me even with some credit issues Ive had in the past. I was able to get the car I wanted at a monthly payment that works for my budget. It feels good to drive again and I am truly grateful and would recommend this dealership.

Started out as trying to buy a Ford F-150 that turned out to have sold two days prior to my showing up on the lot. Within 5 minutes, I was shown to another truck and it turned out to be a bit nicer and bigger. 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT. Both my mother and I worked with Johnnie on the purchase. Took too long to get the check process finished due to issues with mom's side of things, but we finally got things squared away and I was finally able to drive off the lot today with my new truck. Best part is the patience both Johnnie and his cousin Joe had throughout the 5 days it took. Nothing bad to say about BaySide or their employees. Anyone wants a vehicle, this is the place. They try really hard not to sell/finance something before it's been checked out and guaranteed to run... Unless you get me where the Ram came in the day before I got there and I outright bought it before the photographer could get there. 😁 A huge thanks from me and my mother to Joe and Johnnie!

Johnnie and Jason were real professional and took their time to make sure I got the best deal with my financial situation. No pressure sales and they present to you all options and the carfax. I Will be bringing more business here!
