Straight up these guys made me feel welcomed and were really helpful. I got a belt ordered in store and got it shipped within 2 weeks, like they said. The belt came in the wrong size but I understand mistakes happen and the customer service woman was really understanding and calm. I shipped the belt out and got my new one less than a week.

Employee at the store is so rude. Brought my 8 year old son in hoping to get him a belt. They said on the phone they'd be able to make a custom size. Instead they mocked him and be talking about how he so tiny, and looks like a mini-thug the way he dressed. So what if he sags lower than you think he should? I'm his mother not you. Leave him alone and help the customers in the store instead of making fun of them.

Came in to exchange a belt all the way from NYC and Jay was so helpful and patient with picking out size and colors. He was very knowledgeable and "his fits were tuff asl" according to my daughter. 🙏
