Tanisha has been an outstanding resource and liaison for any needs or issues. There hasn't been many problems where I love. The property and neighborhood is fairly quiet, anything safety wise gets adequately addressed. I feel relatively safe and outside of a faulty stove/oven and leak there have been zero issues. And as far as those issues, they were promptly addressed upon notification; a huge reason why I stay here and plan on staying here for years to come. Tanisha and management team make me feel valued and safe. I recommend working with her to anyone especially in military and public safety to be guided into a good spot in already tough situations.

Naomi Burke has been my property manager for 5 years and I have been a client of BCI’s since 2016. They have been a great companyto work with and Naomi has been very communicative and responsive. I am pleased I found them as I live out of state now. Their financial reports are always accurate and timely.

I have rented through BCI for 6 years, our agent, Tanisha, has always been kind, courteous and professional. Although I'm sure Tanisha is responsible for many clients we have never felt neglected, any issues that arise are promptly resolved. What my wife and I have always appreciated most is the human aspect added when communicating, which is refreshing in a corporate driven world. 10/10 would recommend BCI.
