I have worked in technology for more than 30 years and in that time worked with a lot of companies and required troubleshooting on a lot of devices. BD Loops is just about the best support I have every received. Not only are there support personnel knowledgeable but they are prompt and explain why the system is performing is a certain way. They were able to answer my questions and advise me how to make the system operate correctly in my specific situation. Great Job!!!!!!!!
