I’ve been going to this hot yoga studio for a few months now and have really loved it! At the end of each class, I always feel refreshed and the yoga flow always helps get the aches out of my joints. I do a lot of sports - running, climbing, hiking, and swimming. At the end of each week, hot yoga helps me recover and prevent injuries.
Steve is my favorite instructor I’ve had for any hot yoga class. He has amazing energy, is always kind and supportive, and leads classes that leave me feeling refreshed and inspired. I also feel that Amy is wonderful and so kind - I’ve really enjoyed her hatha classes.
I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5 because I’ve taken a handful of classes with Joyce, and I don’t feel that she is very friendly. There have been multiple times that she’s called me out or snapped at me in class for doing a variation of a pose instead of what she precisely instructed. It makes the class feel rigid and stressful. She hasn’t cared to learn my name or to give me any positive encouragement. I decided I won’t take her classes anymore cause I always feel stressed out at the end of them.
The instructors sort of make or break your experience, and most of my experiences at this studio have been positive, and I do plan on continuing to come back.
