very poor service.i had lost my certificate and called them 3 times left voice msg and sms too ,tried connecting with them through their website but for 2 weeks they never replied me.finally had to reach to options to get my certificate even though I didn't do my course with them but they were able to help me and sent me my certificate within 10 min. and im still waiting from Be prepared company to call me, it has been 2 weeks already.i was out of work because I didn't have my first aid finally I can go back to work.

Make sure you leave with a temporary card. Instructor will ignore your messages with for over a week and give a poor excuse of why they couldn't take 2 seconds out of your day to answer you. I had to miss work due to no communication with instructor and my certification eventually expiring. Went to red cross and they even attempted to contact her and nothing. I had to use another persons contact and inquire about a totally different course and catch her in the act.

Amazing service and excellent instructors! Not only are they're services. I learned more from their courses than any other first aid training I've had in the past.
