Had an amazing experience thanks to Kris Thompson! My husband and I were looking for a new SUV. We decided to go to dealerships after business hours assuming they would be closed and wouldn’t feel pressured. We pulled up to a Beach Cities Toyota and although they were closed Kris came out and greeted us and stated if we needed any help, he would be in a designated area to answer any of our questions. He respected our space and after finding a Toyota Land Cruiser, my husband, and I decided to speak to him. He brought us into his office and provided us additional information and answered all of our questions. We came back the following day and Kris walked us through every bit of the process. In addition, we informed him my son was in need of trading his truck for a more gas, efficient vehicle, and Kris assisted our son through the process as well. Kris, thank you for making this experience memorable. I love my new Land Cruiser and my son loves his new gas efficient Camry. Keep up your amazing energy!!!
