Technician was incredibly ruined. They won't return my phone call or provide me with a written diagnostic about my washing machine. Would not recommend nor will I use this company again.

Beacon was dispatched to fix my washing machine through my Home Warranty. You never know who or what you'll get when they put you in a rotation for service providers. I was alerted that Beacon was dispatched and they would be in touch. The scheduler called me within 24 hours as promised and got me scheduled within 48 hours of making my initial claim. They gave me a 3 hour window of service time (not bad compared to some) & the technician called me before coming over. He got everything fixed same day and was very polite & friendly. Would definitely recommend.

The serviceman was extremely rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend themI took off the front panel to see if it was something obvious i could fix. I fix a lot of things myself He told me not mess with things you know about. When I asked him for a service report so I could complain he barked at me. “You don’t get on” I hope this loses him work. I’m a contractor and I would never speak to by customers the way he did me. Got that Wes?
