Foods pretty good and considering if you want American food there's no place closer on beacon Hill in the general neighborhood. The service is spotty, but the people are super nice and genuine, just a bit forgetful at times.

First time ever going there. It was conveniently located near the VA, so we decided to check it out. We learned it's inside a golf course. Parking is horrible. The website is incorrect. They do not open at 8, but 9 a.m. And we learned, just because it opens at 9 a.m. doesn't mean they are ready to wait/serve you at 9 a.m.. The staff was extremely friendly. The lady that opened went out of her way to be kind/helpful/conversational. Breakfast choices are very limited - like 5 or 6 things to pick from. We got pancakes and bacon. The pancakes were huge! They tasted pretty good. Breakfast prices are reasonable. $13 each for what we had, not including beverages (i.e., coffee, tea). The place could use some cleaning. We had to get water from a water cooler obviously left out from the day before, so it wasn't cold. There was food under our table from the day before. We saw dust in places and the windows had lots of prints/smears.

Nothing fancy but comfortable. One of tables was broken and I almost lost my drink trying to sit at it. Food was good and reasonable priced.
