I have a Symmons temptrol tub/shower system. A few weeks ago, the hot water stopped working and my husband and I bought the part that was most likely the problem, tried to repair it, and ended up with a new problem. I called Beacon’s competitor and the person who came was clearly unfamiliar with the valve, glanced at the valve for no more than a minute, and told me that since we had touched it, he needed to figure out what we had done, get parts, and gave us a price that was outrageous for someone that had no interest in listening to what we had done. I spent a day reading about the system, called Symmons customer support , and bought parts thinking it would save some time. I called Beacon and Robert / Bobby (Robert Wright) was assigned He gave me a call at the time I was expecting. When I explained the issue, what my husband and I had done, parts ordered (one special tool had not arrived yet), etc. he was extremely professional and told me that if I had confirmed with Symmons that the tool was special and necessary to remove/install the hot/cold seats (next step to fix the shower) then he would rather come and take a look at the shower when the tool arrived as most likely, he wouldn’t be able to do much anyway and it wouldn’t be right to come by and charge the minimum visit fee. He also commented that changing only the hot seat would not fix the problem (this is what my husband and I had done) but that we would also need to change the cold seat even if it wasn’t damaged. Once the tool arrived, I called Beacon to reschedule and Robert called me on a timely manner. In a desperate attempt to stop a leak that had been going on for 5+ days, my husband and I replaced the cold seat using the tool and this fixed the issue. Although I didn’t have the opportunity to meet Robert, his professionalism, honesty and carefully listening to what the problem was, what we had tried, what parts were ordered, timely reaching out and so much more made it an absolute pleasure and diserving of a 5 star review. I hope we don’t have plumbing problems again but if we ever do, I hope Robert is sent to our rescue 😁. Thank you Robert!

We were fortunate to have David and Nolan handle our septic sewer issues. Their expertise swiftly identified and resolved the problem, which had stumped other companies for months. Their heroic efforts deserve ten stars. When faced with a sink blockage next few months, David promptly tackled the issue with skill and efficiency. I deeply appreciate their knowledge and expertise :)!

Zadrian was great. We had a sudden pipe burst and flood the house. He fixed the break, got our water back quickly. Also connected us with flood response team and gave a detailed quote for future preventative plumbing. He was fast, clean, great communication. Guys like him are why it’s worth paying a tiny bit extra for Beacon.
