I was doing dishes one night, and long story short my Mac that I loved ended up with some water damage. The people at Beagle Brain employ some smart technicians and are stand-up people. Their price quote was something like 5 times what other places were offering, and their customer service is like really good. Tim, the rep I was working with, even upped my initial offer by 10 bucks just because the processing took a while. Highly recommend.

Sold my Macbook Pro recently. Honestly, I was a bit worried about mailing my laptop to a stranger. What if I don't get paid as promised? My fear was totally removed by smooth Customer service. Adam and team were very prompt with respect to replying back to every single email. They kept me posted about the progress every single stage of the process. I got the exact promised amount for my laptop right on time. No hassle, totally satisfactory experience. I thank Adam and team for such good service. Anyone who has a broken laptop - Don't look anywhere. Highly recommend Beagle Brain.
