Bean's Roofing has very poor customer service. I've been trying to reach them for 5 days to do an estimate to replace my roof. Sadly, they were recommended to me by the Home Inspector I used. I've already contacted the Inspector that they may want to rethink Bean's for referrals. Carlos nor Eric Bean (owner) returned any of the 5 calls in 5 days. I find it sad that those of us who want to support local businesses have to go elsewhere. I don't recommend this company. They are obviously Not interested, Don't have time, Won't call you back and don't deserve my business. I discovered that 2 friends had the same issues with Beans Roofing! "So why are you in business if you don't want to work"? 👎🤔👎🤬👎
